Yom Iyun
Today we had a Yom Iyun (day of study) on the topic of “Nolad” on Shabbat. (Nolad is changing the form of an object.) Rav Berger, Rav Machaneh, along with the Morim and the Beit Midrash talked about the issues of melting cheese and Tradition soup mixes on Shabbat in Camp. Rav Berger explained the Halachic process of answering she’elot in Camp and the Morim and Tzevet Beit Midrash demonstrated and taught the halachot and sources relating to this issue.
