Today in Machane Eidah Daled was still out on their tiyul to Hershey Park, Eidah Aleph left for their shmutz in the chutz and the other eidot enjoyed the usual rich variety of activities that included learning about the "aryeh" the symbol of Yerushalayim.

In Chavaya Yisraelit this week the chanichim are preparing an Israeli meal that includes making pita and falafel.

Eidah Hey

Eidah Aleph had a special peulah last night where each chanich was given the opportunity to study the facts and meaning of the symbol of Jerusalem which includes a lion. Whomever wished was able to be painted. The counselors posed questions and whomever answered was given a chance to hit the lion piñata, albeit blindfolded.
