The final week - Yerushalayim of Today & Yom Mishlachat
Every year the Israeli tzevet (staff), or Mishlachat,
plan a spectacular program about Irsaeli life for all the eidot in
camp. This year, to connect with the theme of Yerushalayim and the
final week - Yerushalayim of today - the Mischlachat planned a
fabulous carnival representing the modern city oj Yerushalayim.
Machane Yehuda is always a fun, colorful and tasty attraction. At
this station, campers heard the familiar chants of fruit for sale and
could partake, made fruit salad, and bobbed for apples.
The Biblical Zoo was represented by a cow, which campers "milked"
The monit (taxi) rides on the golf cars were a big hit...
