We are fortunate to have a Mishlachat of 72 young men and women that came from Israel to spend the summer with us at Machane Moshava. The Mishlachat work in all areas of the camp, imbuing Machane Moshava with a dynamic Israeli ruach. Today was Yom Mishlachat where the chanichim got a chance to experience various aspects of Israeli culture and history.

Down at the lake the chanichim had to try to enter Israel without the red kayaks, which represented the British, catching them.

Chanichim learned about Israel’s 6 wars

There was a Tzahal station where the chanichim learned army exercises.

The chanichim learned Hebrew.

Finally, the chanichim learned about Bnei Akiva’s semel.
