Machane Moshava has the privilege of having Harav Mordechai Elon in camp for Shabbat. Rav Elon is the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Hakotel in the old city and is one of the leading personalities in Religious Zionism in Israel today. He started off his stay in Machane by giving shiurim to each eidah.
Tzevet members were given the opportunity to donate blood to the Red Cross. This annual event was coordinated by Linda Moed-Cohen, TVI’s nurse.
