Maccabiah 2002
After two days of competition and teamwork, it was finally time for the final presentations. Both presented many things, including shelet, stomp, choir, flag, and theme song in that order.
The judges
Both teams had mascots that appropriately fit their theme and color. Tammid was Korban Tammid and Chadash, whose color was yellow, was Spongebob Squarepants, a yellow cartoon character.
The makhela (choir) is one of the main themes of maccabiah. At the final presentations, both teams were superb in their performing. The blue team makhela performed Lmaan Achai and the yellow team sang Lev Tahor.
Even though both teams worked very hard, team Chadash won by a close margin.
