The Camper Medical Form, completed and signed by a physician and signed by you, is due in our office.

Camper Evaluation/Personal Form is due in our office.

All outstanding fees and payments must be received in our office.

Session #1 Begins.

Visiting Day for First Session, from 11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (EDT) |
| July 22 |
Session #1 Ends. |

Session #2 Begins. |
