Camp Moshava Parents Manual
Introduction
One of the important aspects of preparation for camp is making sure that all requirements have been fulfilled. These requirements include:
- paying all tuition and fees
- submitting an accurately completed Camper Evaluation and Personal Information Form
- having your child examined by a licensed physician and submitting an A.C.A. Camper Medical Form, completed and signed by that physician, and signed by you.
