APPLICATION/ REGISTRATION NOTES

 

New Camper Families

  1. Deposit Check - Please note that if you are sending in applications for two or more children, we prefer one check that covers the proper amount for your children's deposits.
  2. Individual Applications - If you planning to send more than one child to camp and have only one application (ie. you are missing an application), it is preferable that you call the office and request an additional application to be sent in the mail. Another possibility is to photocopy the blank application or to click here and download a blank application. However, please do NOT put two children on the same application.
  3. Application Instructions - Please fill out the application in its entirety. Indicate if your child is male or female (It is not always possible to tell from the name) and make sure to indicate full, first, or second session on the form. Grade completed by June means grade completed by June, 2013 (ie. which grade they are in NOW), and not the grade they will be going into next year in the fall!
  4. Bus Boarding Preference - Please list your bus boarding preference:

    Choices: Silver Spring, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Allentown, Newark Airport, JEC School, Highland Park, Brooklyn, Queens, Riverdale, Teaneck, Monsey, West Hartford, Boston, Provide Own Transportation. 

We automatically assign campers from Boston, Silver Spring, Baltimore and Philadelphia to those busses. (We have spread out our pick-up points to fairly cover the NY/ NJ Metropolitan area but are unable to add additional locations.)

  1. Luggage Shipping Information - Please make sure that this field is filled in with the method you plan to use to ship your child's luggage to camp:

Choices: ADS (Greater NY/NJ area & Philadelphia)

UPS, Silver Spring / Baltimore, Newark Airport (for those arriving by plane the first day of camp)

Parent Pick-up. It is not an option to  send luggage on a camp bus.

 

Properly filling out the application saves our office time and effort and is greatly appreciated.

 

Returning Camper Families

  1. Session - Please check your preferred session on the top right corner of the application
  2. Deposit Check - Please note that if you are sending in applications for two or more children, we prefer one check that covers the proper amount for your children's deposits.
  3.  Application - Please review the information on the application. Please correct any mistakes and fill in any missing information. Please write clearly and legibly. Please make sure to sign the application at the bottom of the page.
  4. Bus Boarding Preference - Please list your bus boarding preference:

    Choices: Silver Spring, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Allentown, Newark Airport, JEC School, Highland Park, Brooklyn, Queens, Riverdale, Teaneck, Monsey, West Hartford, Boston, Provide Own Transportation.
